Ավարտվել Է Նյու Յորքի ամենաբարձր բնակելի երկնաքերի՝ «Պարկ-ավենյու 432»-ի շինարարությունը: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, հոկտեմբերի 15-ին հաղորդել է կառուցապատող ընկերության ղեկավար Հարի Մաքլոուն:

 

Գտնվելով Պարկ ավենյուի 56-րդ եւ 57-րդ  փողոցների միջեւ՝ Մանհեթենի կենտրոնում, աշխարհում պերճանքի լավագույն խանութների մոտ, գերժամանակակից 96-հարկանի երկնաքերը վեր է խոյանում մոտավորապես 426 մետր: Ներկայում շենքն առայժմ անվանում են «Պարկ-ավենյու 432»՝ այն հասցեի անունով, որտեղ այն գտնվում Է: Երկնաքերի ձեւավորմամբ զբաղվում է ծնունդով Հունգարիաից Ռաֆայել Վինյոլին, որը քառակուսի պերճաշուք աշտարակ է կառուցել բետոնից, պողպատից եւ ապակուց:       

 

Ինչպես սպասվում Է, Էլիտար նորակառույցի բակիչները կկարողանան այցելել մասնավոր ռեստորան, այգի, սպա  և ֆիթնես կենտրոն՝ սաունայով, մերսման առանձնասենյակներով,  շոգեբաղնիքով, լողավազանով, գրադարանով, մանկական խաղասենյակով և բիլիարդի սրահով: Բացի դրանից, այնտեղ նաև պլանավորվում է տեղավորել գինու մառան, պատշգամբ զբոսանքների համար և գոլֆի խաղահրապարակներ:
